By now, even the soliders must have realised that the cross was weighing heavily on our lord's shoulders and that if He did not have help, He would probably not last the journey to calvary. So they enlisted the help of a man named simon to help Him carry the cross.

May we be generous, Lord Jesus in coming to the aid of our afflicted fellow pilgrims during our earthly journey.
